Reform the Federal Policy

 

Federal, State and Local government policy regarding the regulation of our beloved plant should be no more stringent than those placed on farms that grow grapes for wine or hops for beer.

 

Amnesty for those most affected

 

The Campaign Against Marijuana Planting utilized federal state and local resource which specifically targeted US citizens who challenged the unjust failed federal policy of the war on drugs. Current legislation provides for forgiveness which only justifies the failed enforcement policy of the United States of America.

Amnesty corrects the injustice of classifying the plant as a Schedule I narcotic by the federal government which list our plant as; substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse which both are knowingly untrue statements. The plant is and has been used medicinally for thousands of years and its potential for abuse is less than codeine.
